Liana’s career has been centered on building high-performing teams in technology industries from wearable digital therapeutics, to fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and now Direct Air Capture.
With a law degree and a foundation in business development and sales, she transitioned into talent strategy and people operations, where she has focused on building strong teams and fostering environments where individuals can thrive.

Will brings two decades of hands-on R&D experience to Aircapture, working across industry, the national labs, and startups in the areas of energy efficiency & energy storage.
Prior to joining Aircapture, he helped to guide Amber Kinetics' flywheel energy storage system from prototype to commercial production.
Will earned his master's degree and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is passionate about working on engineering solutions to support the transition to a sustainable future.
Jeff Holyoak is Head of Commercial Strategy at Aircapture, a leader in Direct Air Capture (DAC) providing CO₂ as a Service globally.
With 25+ years in industrial gas and CO₂ equipment, he drives strategic growth, new market development, and alternative CO₂ sources while advancing constructive uses of CO₂.
He also co-hosts the Catching Carbon podcast, focused on CO₂ markets, 45Q, and the broader energy transition.
